AIM
- The aim of the program is to prepare graduates to assume responsibilities as professionals and competent dental practitioners in providing promotive, preventive, curative, and rehabilitative services.
- The programme provides the student with the necessary grounding in both theoretical and clinical aspects of dentistry in compliance with the general development of the society, science and technology as well as the demands for dental services in the general population.
- The dental professionals will be competent to apply scientific principles to learning and oral healthcare. This includes critical thinking, evidence or outcomes-based clinical decision making, and technology-based information retrieval systems.
- We condition our students in such a way that they are absolutely ready to face the real world and will be competent to enter the dental profession, having a sound appreciation of dental professional ethics, lifelong learning, patient-centered care, adaptability, and acceptance of cultural diversity in professional practice, the needs of the community, and the importance of community service.
